PS3 models that aren't of the Slim variety have glitches out worldwide and thus cannot connect to the PlayStation Network, nor even play games! Apparently, the internal clocks have been reset to 1999, for some strange reason.
Sony remains tight-lipped as of this writing, and many pissed off PS3 owners might be forced to tear Sony a new one. Xbox 360 fans on the other hand, now have a counterpoint to the Red Ring of Death.
