Why is my Internet turning into effing bull?

Naka-DSL ka na tapos ganito ang nangyayari? SINO HINDI MAASAR?! On-off ng on-off 'noh???! This is bull, man. Nagdadawnload pa naman ako! GRRRRR... I won't be mentioning the name of my DSL provider so ilalagay ko na lang sa parenthesis dahil "thought" ang ibig sabihin ng ganun. (Smart BRO). And well, the biggest irony? I've posted this thing. Barely, actually.
